TRAINING PROGRAM MORNING from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM 1. Welcome and introduction of the instructor. Presentation of the eyelash technician profession. Presentation of the LASH LIFT training. 2. Workstation preparation and hygiene basics. 3. Anatomy of the natural eyelash and contraindications. 4. Explanation of the equipment needed for eyelash lifting (kit provided on site). AFTERNOON from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM 5. Welcoming models to practice eyelash lifting. Practice welcoming clients in the salon. Eyelash technician gestures and posture, questions to ask before the service, and documents to complete. Tips for building client loyalty. 6. Analysis and preparation of the client's eyes (live model). Determining the desired application style. Choosing pads based on lash length, applying the pads. 7. Practice on a model. 8. Final assessment by the trainer and personalized advice. 9. Tips on taking photos and videos. 10. Issuance of training completion certificates.
